ABOUT ME

I was raised in beautiful Berks County, Pennsylvania, and now call the Dayton, Ohio area home with my amazing family. I’m a proud Penn State alumna (B.S. in Nutrition) and earned my Master’s in Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Outside of my work, I’m a mom to two growing kids and I love staying active—whether it’s hiking, playing outdoors, or keeping up with my daily workouts. Movement is my daily medicine and keeps me energized for life. I’m also a big believer in the joy of cooking. I love helping others discover that nourishing food can be both healing and delicious. Along with my foodie husband, we cook daily and teach our kids about whole foods eating that never compromises on flavor.
